that's simply the GT40 compressor map in a .70A/R compressor housing (or "S" cover). The actually SC61 has a much different turbine map for the characteristics of the turbo

Precision doesn't release their Particular applications to the public. The one you see above is a representation of Garrett's release for quick reference only.
