I personally think DSM 450's on an all-motor setup is overkil. Maybe post in the all-motor forum?

yeah lol to bad its not an all motor car. I just finished an engine build spent all the money on it and i am not going to boost 1lb until i can get it tuned there is no way i am gonna risk messing up this motor. I have to have my car to get to college and back daily i don't want to run to rich and mess up the rings not let em break in right, and not to lean for obvious reasons

theres not gonna be a universal number..every car is going to be different...i would just get some stock injectors if you can and break it in that way....or get a wideband and do a quick street tune it on the 450's for the break-in...

use the same number across the board
38% is usually the starting point, or the safe point.
just leave it at 38% across the board and run like that
the good thing about the hack is if you DO boost say 5psi and it is set for 38% across the board, no problem. the map will read the boost and increase the fuel.
the only reason you would change your settings to be different across the board is if the ecu wasn't adding enough fuel for the volume of air created by the turbo at higher boost.

if you are not sure what to do, and you are really paranoid about hurting your baby, just set it a bit rich, especially at higher revs. like say go 38% till 4000rpm and then gradually get to 35% at redline.
that way you will have more than enough fuel even for boost.

boost isn't what is going to kill your new motor. A shitty tune will, like guessing afc settings. wb02, use it

tuning a safc hack with a wbo2 is a waste of time and money

sure you can tune the fuel to some degree, but you cannot fine tune it.
and even if you get the fuel right, the timing is gonna be *** fucked to hell and it wont be the least bit safe.

if you have a wideband to use, just do the extra effort and get standalone or a rom editor.

do this, get a chip burner (111 bucks with socket and chip) from moates.net spend some time on http://www.pgmfi.org get a ps9 or a pm6 (with a vtec controller) and create a map for b16a and set the injectors to 450, this way your ignition remains the same. Then when ready for boost tune it via the ecu.

No gay map hacks, fmus or other garbage, all u need is some time and some knowledge

Theres nothing wrong with the hack. It may not be as optimal as uberdata/hondata etc, but it's not the worste thing in the world either. It actually runs optimal at 9-10psi. Just get it on a dyno and make sure everything is ok.
