RS machine pistons + Eagle Rods?

RS machine pistons + Eagle Rods?
Ive tried to contact Rs machines but never got a answer. I was wondering if I could put a set of b16pr3 rs 81mm rs pistons onto eagle rods. I thought I read something about machining the rods can anyone help me out here. What all goes into machining the rods? THanks
