Rerouting ac lines for turbo
I have the Lovefab sst and sc61 and had to modify my radiator bracket to fit that turbo in well now the only problem I have is I had to take out my low and high pressure ac lines. I was wondering if there is a way instead of using hard lines for the high pressure if I could use something like a high pressure coolant hose? I know I can use a normal coolant hose for the low pressure but I need help with the high pressure...
Im actually developing an AC Relocation kit for the Integra. Like the original Muckman kit (wastegate SS vac lines) it will be called the Muckman AC Relo kit! *ta da* lol
Im still working out pricing and production. PM me for more details. Id like to gauge how much interest there is for this product.

And you couldn't use coolant line either. R-134a would permeate through it over time. You need a hard line or something rated for R-134a.

Pricing is going to be $200 shipped. Its not released yet as we ran into one minor problem. I want the kit to be "turn-key", where all you have to do is remove the upper AC line and install this prebent line using the factory connections. However we're having a hard time sourcing the compression fitting on the end.
So we may have to ask users to send in their ends, which I really don't want to do.
A kit for the EK maybe even EG is definitely possible. I just need to use a friends Civic to mock it up.

damn that is sweet.........now if someone could design a smaller A/C compressor to go with it then we would all be set for larger downpipes

This is a tight idea. I hate the AC lines being in the way!!!
I'd be interested in one also. Could an AC shop make lines like this now?

Anybody who wants this kit ASAP send me your upper AC line, as I need to reuse the fittings. Right now I only have a mock up for the 3rd gen Integra (USDM). PM me for more details.
