Default Recommend a Precision turbo?

I have a couple quick questions for you guys. I know im gonna get alot of mixed opinions on this, but ill ask anyway. First off, im going to be boosting my 94si prelude, with an h23a1. Stock internals currently, but new pistons and rods to come later this summer, as well as possibly sleeves this winter.

My questions are as follows. One, can anyone recommend a good turbo for my engine? Im looking to run anywhere from 7-10 pounds because of the stock internals. I guess i was hoping for up around 300whp. Second, where would be the best place to order a turbo from? Is it alright to buy one off ebay? (as long as its a precision? or will i get screwed) Should i steer away from used turbos?

If anyone has any idea on a precision turbo for a 300-325whp build on an h23, please share your thoughts.

there are lots of dealers on the boards that sell precision.

I would recommend Precision or Garrett. Hit up b18bturbo (viren), BoostFed (Terry), Tony1 (Tony Palo), etc.

Actually, from what ive been told the h23 takes boost quite well. Lower compresion long gears, head flows well...

Look into a precision SC34. It is basically a 57trim compressor with a stage 3 turbine wheel. Good low boost turbo with room to grow. Can support 430+whp. Stay away from ebay turbos, there are alot of good Precision dealers on this site.
