quick simple question

will a ls pan from a 94- fit on my 94 gsr????? only concerned with bolt pattern and oil pick-up/drain plates?

No, GS-R will fit an LS, sinc GS-R's are depper..
LS oil pan is too shallow, it won;t fit the GS-R
