Default Problem W/JRSC'd Type R

I have a 2000 Integra Type R with a 5.5 PSI Jackson racing supercharger kit. Otherwise the engine is stock besides a Jackson Racing Map Sensor Controller, colder plugs, MSD ignition box and external coil, short ram intake and exhaust.

My problem is when i'm barely on the gas (crusing on the highway for example) the engine kind of spudders a little bit. It feels like it's misfiring, but it only does it when i'm barely on the gas. At idle the engine feels solid, idles smooth. At full throttle, the car feels fine also. I have no check engine light either. The car has had the supercharger on for a couple thousand miles now, and up until now the car has ran great, until now. I don't know if it's a spark/fuel issue, eletronic issue, maybe a problem with the throttle position sensor, i don't know. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much.

Hmmm...did you change the fuel filter when yo put your kit on? I had the same kinda boggy type of deal when I was running the MAP Controller and FMU. Hmmm...I really can't think off anything else minus suggesting Hondata and some 440/550 injectors LOL Good luck

I'd start simple, swap the plugs, cap and rotor. Might just be getting a little too much fuel cruising.

Thanks for the ideas! No, i didn't change the fuel filter when I put on the supercharger, but I am going to. The fuel filter probably has about 20,000 miles on it, along with the cap and rotor. I'm going to take the plugs out and look at them along with the cap and rotor. Should the spark plugs be gapped differently than the stock spec. now that i've added the supercharger?

Usually gapped smaller. Most turbo setups require .28-30 gaps & 1 step colder plug. Its possible your current plugs are doa. But they should do that at WOT as well if thats the case. I assume its fully tuned with neptune/crome/hondata/etc, and you know its not overly lead/rich? Its possible that the partial-throttle maps weren't tuned right, and its off just enough now where the o2 can't add/remove enough fuel.
