Default Problem with 93 TEG GS with Fmax kit

I recently installed an Fmax Kit on my 93 Teg GS. First of all let me say that the kit is simply awesome. The parts all fit perfect with not an inch to spare, and its well worth the money spent. Fmax has all high quailty parts and their engineering is simply supurb.

The problem i am having is that im encounter a hesitation when i let off the throttle partly, and then ease back into it driving under normal conditions on the highway. Another way to describe it is that when im at idle, If i raise the RPM's slowly from 800 to 3000 and then back down to 1200. then without letting off the gas slowly roll back into the accelartor the car stumbles on itself, drops to bout 8oo rpms or lower ( almost wants to stall) and then catches itself back to normal, weird huh?

Has anyone ever had a problem like This with fmax or any other kit/DIY?

Does anyone have any suggestions?

when i talked to fmax they reccomended changeing the spark plug gap, and rechecking all the piping connections. I did that and it didnt seem to help.

Thanks For any help..

-Chris

Btw im running their fmu with the 2 injectors and the rideal head gasket.

Thanks again!

sounds like you are not getting fuel. most likely because you map sensor is not reading anything. do you have some sort of check valve in place? mine did this bad when i would shift.

I have a missing link ( http://www.synapseengineering.com/ ) on the factory map sensor, which is a fancy check valve. As far as fuel goes i think im getting enugh. I guess i have to hook my car up to a computer, So that i can see exactly what the factory ECU is doing.

Another thing, when i took out my spark plugs to regap i noticed that one of them was burning a little funny. there were white deposits on it. not like detonation, juts like a powdery substance. All the other plugs looked nice..

Thanks

-Chris
