positive manifold pressure

Default positive manifold pressure

can you go into positive manifold pressure. i have a99 civic sohc with the greddy turbo kit. when i go down to cali i go into positive manifold pressure on my vafc controller. i don't have the greddy black box hooked up and also what does that do.

You can't go into positive manifold pressure because you do not have a turbo ecu; therefore your map sensor will show your ecu a voltage that it does not understand sending it into limp mode, which sucks ***. You have to find away to trick your map sensor into only reading vacuum. Look up on search for afc hack or smc map limiter or you can use a missing link or check valves.
