Coolest 2001 I've seen. We have the same turbo timer https://honda-tech.com/forums/images/smilies/emthup.gifhttps://honda-tech.com/forums/images...s/emsmilep.gif

Re: pics of my setup (jon_)

dunno why youd need T-bolt clamps on the compressor inlet for the turbo

cool setup tho

lol i ran out of clamps and that was the only thing I had https://honda-tech.com/forums/images...s/emsmilep.gif

GSRswapandslow Oct 2, 2003 10:16 PM

everything is cool cept the extra injectors

jon_ Oct 2, 2003 10:41 PM

Re: (GSRswapandslow)

Its really my only option right now. I was going to run the E-Manage with larger injectors, but the new civics fuel system is gay... and the larger injectors when in the fuel rail hit the tps sensor, so that was a no go...Unless I get some custom made injectors I will then switch to that...

rjardy Oct 2, 2003 10:43 PM

Re: (jon_)

so how does it run? hows it pull? guestimation on HP.

Rob

GSRswapandslow Oct 2, 2003 10:49 PM

It pulls pretty hard for 4 psi...my shop was pretty satisfied with the kit, im thinking maybe about 150 hp, which is pretty good considering my car dynos like 95 to the wheels lol...it runs pretty richso once i get it tuned it will be better, but im very satisfied with everything

rjardy Oct 3, 2003 12:11 AM

Re: (jon_)

so how is the fuel pressure regulated now that it is not returnless? Is it like an FMU setup or what? what controlls the extra 2 injectors?

Rob

stinker504 Oct 3, 2003 05:54 AM

Why don't you run that hack. The new civics around here love the hack since the fuel system won't let your run a FMU. Maybe an option for you when you get enough cash for a SAFC and dyno time.

jon_ Oct 3, 2003 12:57 PM

Re: (rjardy)

an MF2 controls the injectors. the hack wont work unless i can find some larger injectors that are like 1 inch shorter then the RC's

integranator Oct 3, 2003 01:32 PM

Re: (jon_)

hows she run w/ the mf2 setup??

jon_ Oct 3, 2003 01:36 PM

Re: (integranator)

it runs quite well actually. i am running really rich and still get no hesitation on part throttle.

integranator Oct 3, 2003 09:12 PM

Re: pics of my setup (jon_)

So, are you using the plastic intake manifold? Probably gonna blow the (plastic) welds on your manifold-F&F https://honda-tech.com/forums/images...s/emsmilep.gif

Dramier Oct 4, 2003 12:44 PM

Re: pics of my setup (ion_four)

Nice setup.

Any chance you could get a few more pics and explanation of those guage mountings? I'm still looking for a 'stealth' place to mount mine, but may take the windshield path if I can't find any place suitable.

jon_ Oct 4, 2003 09:03 PM

Re: pics of my setup (ion_four)

Yep still using the stock(plastic) intake manifold.

jon_ Oct 4, 2003 09:04 PM

Re: pics of my setup (Dramier)

The guages are mounted with just the universal greddy mounts.
