Default OT: where to get keepers for valves

I was rebuilding my head and the damn spring shot off and the keeper flew off with it to god knows where. I only need 1 but I take what I can get. I need it soon so if anyone has one they could spare or knows where to get one please let me know.
Can I use a keep off of another motor?
Steve

you can use any keeper off of any B and H series VTEC motors. The dealer might have one in stock. I have a few brand new spares I keep around in case of that happening

Wrong, I know because I've tried. I know for a fact that the keepers off a b18a head won't fit a b16a head, they are too big. I had the exact same thing happen....Slip, sproooinggg OH ****! = trip to the dealership
