Default Odd CEL codes (1 and 21)

Well i doubt anyone will be able to help over the internet but ill give it a shot anyways...heres the problem

Everyday on the way to work (40min drive) i go down the highway on cruise control then get to a city i have to go through when i go through the city i need to slow down so i hit the decel button or tap the brake and gently slow down nearly everytime i do this the cel pops on and throws code 1 and 21 primary o2 and vtec pressure switch i think...anyways it has popped up under other circumstances a few times but mainly when i am decelerating while still being in gear. the only problem i have seen is that my oil pressure seems to be a hair on the low side...10psi at idle...bout 35 at 3k and bout 50 at max i cannot dinf any reason for this problem but im not sure if this has anything to do with my cels...also i am running a plx m300 wideband and it is wired into the ecu to read the narrowband reading i am 99% sure that is hooked up correctly and i think it is because the cel is sporratic ill list my setup for more clues:
ps everything has been fine for like 6000 hard boosted miles...then this started

98 civic ex
D16y8
hondata s200b
po6 converted to p28 ecu
tuner toys 450cc injectors
walbro fuel pump
plx m300 wideband wired narrowband signal into ecu wired to pin a6 i believe on the conversion harness im pretty sure its on the right pin
cant really think of anything else that might be helpfull...i can post my bin later maybe there is something in there..

i started having weird problems too where my car would throw edl codes and that code 21 and it turned out that something was messed up with the vtec part of my ecu and a new ecu fixed the problem. Try using another ecu and see if it fixes it.

err i was afraid of that...i have had a lingering thought that i wasnt getting into vtec cuz it doesnt feel as fast as before but i just told myself i was getting use to it and its the same...i need to get the laptop in there and see if its even telling it to go into vtec but i have no time and its not my laptop....things i have done so far...changed to 5w-30 from 10w-30 dont ask why i just thought i would go to honda recommended since i couldnt remember why i was running 10w-30 lol i also cleaned out my vtec solenoid with carb cleaner...

well after accidentally comming across some information i think ive got it figured out...i just read taht the primary o2 signal goes to the d14 pin. now when i wired mine up i was looking at this diagram.
this diagram shows a6 as the primary o2 so i found the a6 wire on the obd2 end of the conversion harness and figured it went to the right place..but now that ive traced it back to where it goes on the obd1 side it goes to a6 i think is the primary o2 heater.. hopefully this will fix it ill post up the results in a few. i am little confused as to why i wasnt getting a o2 cel all the time though

About 10-15 minutes in my drive to work I always throw CEL code 1 on my LS. I also have a PLX M300, but I have the wideband output connect so I can datalog. I think my primary 02 is just gone. It did go through a couple rough rich cycles
