Re: need help with turbo (boosted spoon)
Hmm well I would say try it yourself first unless you really have no clue what your doing such as me. I wouldnt spend over $500 for the install.

it is not hard

Re: need help with turbo (boosted spoon)
time, time, time... first install is all about time and patience. Figure out how much your time is worth ($$) and if its anywhere close to a shop's asking price then you have to figure out if you wanna learn or just have piece of mind. Don't forget, many shops are absolutely brainless.

Re: need help with turbo (boosted spoon)
i think diablo autosport said around 750 for the basic greddy kit install. but thats the only place i asked so far.

Re: need help with turbo (integrx)
Speed image charges 500, but personally, i wouldnt trust them.
Tech 3, 700, i dont trust them too. The places i do trust, dyno spot racing and exact motorsports, they charge a grip. like a G. I'd say just research on it and do it yourself..its not that hard.. but if your totally clueless and dont know jack...i wouldnt risk your motor. |
Re: need help with turbo (b18tdelsol)
i did mine in a couple of weekes. intercooler & fmu first. oil pan second. oil supply line 3rd. cut the block 4th. and then installed the turbo. oil supply is a bitch
