Default My new setup in my DC2 integra

Hey what's up guys! Many of you may know me or my old setup.
It was a fully built ls that made 373whp on 18psi on pump gas.
The setup absolutely ripped! The best time I could turn
with it at the track was 12.8 at 118.7mph on 22 MH's,
traction, traction, traction.
The headgasket ended up blowing when I was out
racing a couple built S4's one night so I decided
to go big(well not compared to most of you with
your gt42r's lol). Here's some pics of the new stuff.
Old Setup:
84mm golden eagle sleeves
Wiseco 9:1 Eagle h-beams
obx cams
mild ported head
type r intake manifold
sfp race manifold with 38mm tial
full 3" dp to full 3" exhaust
aem sprokets
crower springs/retainers
2.5" ic piping
aem tuned by Tim Switzer to 373whp on 18psi on pump.
New setup:
T3/gt40 Blowzilla!

HP racing sheet metal intake with golden eagle rail and rc750's(Thanks Damian)

http://www.we-todd-did-racing.com/wetoddimage.wtdr/wMTE2NTU3MTZzNDEzZGZkMzF5NTQx.jpg
Skull shifter! Thanks Mike(It's a sentimental shifter)

New setup:
Same ls built bottom end
Fully built gsr head with stock valves(3 angle, Rev springs, RMS retainers)
T3/gt40 blowzilla
Obvisouly the hp racing sheet metal intake, stock tb
Should be ready to turn over this weekend if the machine shop gets the head done! Comments welcome.
Ryan

Nice Ryan.
Just remember to have it retuned before you go ripping round. You will be ALOT leaner with that turbo and IM on then your prev tune.
Your gonna have some nasty top end with that new head package and that turbo. Id still do a vtec tranny when cash allows

Don't worry Pete, Tim Switzer will be tuning it as soon as I get 1000cc injectors. And no, I won't have $ to get a vtec tranny for a WHILE. I'm broke as expletive. School and unemployment=wallet owned!
Thanks Guys

Buying a hatch and then looking for a turbo set up for that too doesnt help. lol
Keep that stock dude. You need a reliable car for a DD.
If anyone knows that I do.

But a tighter gearing tranny will work better.

In ALL situations. Tighter is better . That 10.50 car may go 10.30's/40's with better gearing.

Phil

p.s. SIck Setup. It'll be fun

not in ALL...if his tires were too small he could run out of gear

but, either way...no point in wasting money on a tranny unless you NEED another tranny. a high hp car will still be very quick with a longer geared LS tranny. hell..swap in a 4.4 or a 4.786.....

damn, you need to cut me in on whatever you are in on ha. I had to settle for a mild cage, in the process of getting the head to dart, turbo is on its way...you're always a few steps ahead of me haha we'll have to meet up again this summer
