MPG - Miles per tank
The highest MPG I have gotten in my Turbo R is 34.3 on a highway. My average now (in the city) is 20 MPG.
My setup:
255HP
stock FPR
stock FR
BCPR7ES
SC34
RC 550's
I rarely boost. I recently cleaned out my intake manifold using a cleanser (through vacuum). Its like seafoam, HOWEVER, I did not use the gas additive NOR oil cleaner.
Im not used to this mileage coming from the NA world. On this tank, as we speak, Im going at a rate of 15-16MPG. Does this sound right?
Note: Car tuned for CA, Car is in TX.

Edit: Hondata S200B
I drive the car like a granny, when I boost, I only boost up to 4600-4800 RPM and thats it. Not even at WOT.
Since I got to Texas, my UEGO is reading MUCH lower. I dont feel comfortable depending on that based off UEGO topics and from tony1.

Doesn't that put hybrids to shame?

As much as I wish it were true, we do not. I tuned my stock EK hatch with NepTune and got high 40mpg with it (45-50mpg...I was driving it to see just how much I could get out of it...never got on it). It's physically impossible to get an absurd amount of gas mileage (70-80mpg) with a car that doesn't have direct fuel injection into the combustion chamber and a secondary power source like the hybrids have. The hybrid vehicles are most likely capable of another minimum 10-15mpg than what they are rated for if you ran them leaner. The NOx and HO would be through the roof and they'd never meet emissions standards.
In regards to my customers' cars, I've had few turbo customers reporting in the range of 35-38mpg (not boosting) of highway cruising.

There is no reason not to get 30mpg+ if you drive it easy.
It only takes "X " amount of gas to maintain 75 mph in a 2500lbs car if you have 240cc injectors or 1000cc. It's all tuning.
My wifesTurbo GSR just got 36 mpg cruising at 85-90mph to Orlando and back 2 days ago, and that's with a ITR tranny.

pretty sweet mileage for such a close ratio tranny especially at such speeds. must have a great tune. I hope I can get upper 30's or low 40's driving the speed limit with an ls tranny.

Stock Prius has hit 107 mpg highway using some special driving techniques. That's really all it takes, rated for 51 highway too, they have potential, but fools like my friend drive them like ******** and get 35 out of them.
