i can give you a guesstimate but thats a really broad answer...it all depends on your turbo setup and how much boost you want to run....i wouls say with the guards probably 25-30lbs....it all depends on your tune also...how much hp you lookin to shoot for? i would get turbo cams as well

hahahahaha 25-30 pounds? funny. ls with pistons and rods and a block guard all depends on the size of ur turbo but saying u used an average size turbo maybe 14 pounds sayely mayb 16 with a good tune. ide say even 18 pounds but inot the 20's nah get some sleeeves and build it up a lil then u can see into the 20's

and turbo cams... waste of money. i know ur running an ls but ive seen gsr's running stock cams making over 600whp. if ur doing a simple build do ur pistons, rods, rod bolts, block guard and get a good turbo setup. wats the point of doing the valves and springs and retainers r u planning on bringing the head to higher rpms? ide put the money into the turbo setup rather than the head. just me though. get a walbro fuel pump and definatly get a good tune.

I think a gt30r (.82ar for the top end if you mod you head) would be a good 400hp turbo, just shop around.

T3 60-1 would fit your needs.
