Default maybe jumping on the bandwagon

its time for me to build the cylinder head on my LS-T and i have a few cams i like in mind and just wanted some extra thoughts on the subject. Also im not looking for an all out race cam so if you do suggest crower 404's give some insight on how well they are for DD and possibly some circuit track racing. If you have other cams in mind let me know thanks

Just about any non-vtec cam will have similar drivability - lumpy idle, not so great low end (overlap) and decent mid-top end. I know someone who tossed in 404's with a stock ecu and it was fine.

your post = no help turbo cars act as N/A when not boosting so overlap would be a good thing until you hit mid and high end. once the boost kicks in the overlap is not good, and from what i've search LS dont really have lumpy idles with the cams i've asked about.

now anyone else with some GOOD insight and experience please post right now im leaning towards the brian crower 402T cams
