ls turbo project help
so i've been flirting with the idea to turbo the ls motor about about to put in my del and i'm starting to get my shopping list together and figured i'd post for advice in case i'm missing something. i'm only looking for maybe 5-7psi as of now because it's my daily and i'm not trying to build a race car, just put a little more power to it.
so far i've aquired a pair garret t25 ar48's from a 300zx, which i plan on rebuilding and using only one. i'm trying to keep the boost lw enough i don't have to do that much motor work and i'm not looking to go forged or anything.
so far i know i need..
t3 manifold-buy or build
downpipe- buy or build
intercooler+piping
wideband
ssbov
external wastegate
like i said, a trying to put together a minimal kit, but i am curious to know how much psi can stock components handle, like injectors, fuel pump and what isn't going to be dangerous to the motor not having. i do plan on having it tuned but i am curious what psi can you put out without tuning just for my knowledge. basically i'd like to know what i HAVE to ad to the list and what's not neccisary, all input is appreciated

i read through that thanks, but they're psi goals are higher than mine and so the show a longer list a poarts and mods. like i said, i'm going minimalist. low boost, low cost, low modification. just adding a little extra power. i'd like to know if tuning software< hondata, neptune, ect> is really nessicary at such a low boost, rather than perhaps a manual boost controller and maybe a rising rate fpr?
