Default Is a little bit of exhaust moisture normal?

I'm pulling my wastegate off to change the spring and noticed some moisture on the "plunger" and around the flange. None is inside the manifold, just around the edge. Is it just moisture from heating and cooling? I also noticed a bit coming out of the exhaust when the car was on the dyno. I'm assuming it's normal, but I worry about little crap Coolant has stayed at the same level and same color(bright green, no residue) since day one. Oil is good. Coolant is good. Compression is good. Pic is below. thanks.

ok, cool.

3" exhaust, straight through muffler and no cat probably contribute to the moisture seen coming out the exhaust as well. I worry too much, haha. Thanks.
