I just got mine too and haven't learned how to use it yet, but I do know that Inj. Duty is the duty cycle of your injectors. The % it shows is how much of the injectors you're using. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

-The settings are for low boost and High boost (A/B)
-Correct it is not in PSI its close to bar so think of it like that 14.7psi = 1bar
-Duty cycle is how much it takes the AVC-R to keep steady boost (Shown as a percentage)
-Injector Duty cycle is how much of the injector you are using

-The AVC-R takes some getting used to but once you figure it out it is a great boost controller. I love the Learning mode, gear dependent boost, and RPM dependent boost. Best thing to do is download the English manual from Apexiusa.com and read about all the features and how to use them. Good luck.

not a huge difference, but 1kg/cm^2 = 14.223psi, and 1 bar is 14.5 psi. 1 atm=14.7psi
like i said, not a huge diff
