Default leans out at 5000

Ok did alota searching and didn't find anyone as retarded as my buddy. He has a d16y8 and just recently boosted his car. He got a base tune from phearable.net car ran great well then he was putting gas in with a gas can and grabbed an e85 tank and didn't realize it until he had about a gallon and a half.So he went and filled the rest of the tank up with 91 and drove. And the car just got progressively worse and worse until even at idle it was reading 15 and up on the wide-band.So he went through that tank and filled again and it still leans out at around 48 to 5000...LOL what the expletive did he do and what can fix it.Thanks for the input.

run the tank really low and fill up with 93 and the problem should go away. the e85 is causing it to lean out because motors need approx 30% more to run on it.

drain the tank and fill it back up with 100% gas. if problems persist, he fucked the motor
