Default JRSC not making boost

Car drives fine and idles perfect. It is only when you get on the gas do you notice a loss of power. From my datalogs, only 1.3-1.5 psi is being made.

There are no vacuum leaks - I tested with carb cleaner and moving hose while engine running.

JRSC was making 9 psi 2 days ago, however, I did the following:
Removed the LHT manifold and installed JRSC manifold.
Swapped headgasket for new OEM
Changed 3.8 nose cone pulley for 4.2 pulley

I still have the MVM stepper on, so I should be making ~7 psi.
When I rev the motor, I don't hear the blower working like I used to. It sounds and feels like a N/A motor.

The belts are tight (I rechecked them). The blower is just over 1 year old.

I can't figure this out and I am about ready to walk away from this car for good.
Please help.

boost leak is the most logical thing, your probably leaking boost around the gasket where it mates to the manifold

It was one of two things - not sure which one.

blower to manifold leak is what I suspect.
The other possibility is the vacuum cap that goes on the bottom of the blower/s tube (it broke apart when removing the blower this last time, so it could have been craked or punctured before. I will never know).

I am generating full boost now.

Words of advice - Do not ever use the M62 blower to manifold gasket that Jackson sells. I have given it a try twice now and both times I have had to drop the blower AGAIN and use Hondabond. The stupid gasket will not give an air tight seal.

144. I have not taken it on track again though. A couple years ago at VIR I was seeing 212 degrees during the sessions.

Within the 2 months that I had the high boost setup on and 1 track event, the rotor coating flaked off a good bit. I would recommend sending your blower to Endyn for work prior to high boost and intercooling. That is what I would do if I could do it again. But, I would not use a large radiator block off plate (intercooler) like I had before either.
