You cannot simply swap the injectors. You will have to change the injector clips, tehn you will have to use something like the Hondata s300 wich uses an OBD1 ecu to fully tunie it on the dyno. If you try to use 440's on a stock ecu you will just run very rich, wash down teh bores and screw your rings and bores.

For about $30 more than the regular 'RC clips' you could also buy a the 'RC plug & play clips'.

It comes in handy if you ever think you'll need to switch back and forth, or if you don't want to splice into your harness.
