Default ITR Hatch Build

We are doing a nice little setup for a local customer, hopefully we will be all done with some numbers in a few weeks.

81.5mm B18c5
New ITR Head from Acura
9:1 CP Pistons
ITR Cams
880cc injectors
Hondata S300
Eagle Rods
Synapse Top Mount Manifold
GT3076r
600HP Intercooler Core
VictorX IM
KTeller 3'' Exhaust
3" DP
2.5" Charge Piping

Simple Build, that should make 400whp on pump no problem (customer's goal).

We will update pictures as the build continues

We spend alot of time cleaning them and then use a paint on the block and tranny.

Here is a built B20 we did with the same paint, just makes everything very clean.

Im always wanting to learn more and more, so when i ask this, its for educational reasons. So my question is... why is there engine assembly lube all of the top of the pistons, do you actually crank it like that, i mean, that just doesnt seem like a good idea to me.

We started building the manifold today, and instead of doing a top mount because the cutomer wants to keep power steering, and ram-horns are just boring these days, I decided to try a front mount turbo. I have to give credit for the idea of the turbo placement to my good friend Jesse @ AFI
