Default ITR in. B16 ex cam thoughts.....

I would just like to hear everyones thoughts on using a ctr intake cam and an obd0 b16 exhaust cam on a high boost application. What are the benefits and what are the negatives to this setup? What are your experiences with this setup or if you have a similar experience with using a gsr exhaust cam. Thanks for looking and your imput is greatly appreciated.

I am running the 97 ITR intake and b16 exhaust cams and cant say if its good or bad because I cant compare it to another set up. This is what I have always had. The ITR intake picked up alot more in the top end and lost a little in the lower to mid range when I compared it to dyno curves of others with just gsr cams. I definately like the pull though!

since turbos are spooled by exhaust I can t see why you would use a small cam lobe on the exhaust side. The turbo is already increasing the volumetric efficiendy of the motor, why not run an exhaust cam that will allow that air to escape for longer... high lift long duration.
