injectors for ls turbo?
I am building an ls turbo with 8.5 comp pistons, eagle rods, and a sparks racing turbo kit. It comes with intake 255 fp and 12.1 fmu. I want to hit the 300 hp mark and want to know what injectors to get. I would like to find some cheap ones and have no idea what to get. I also want to know the difference between saturated and peak and hold injectors. Is one better than the other for my setup?

No you will run hella rich. FMU=stock injectors at 6-7psi. To get the 300whp your looking for oyu need managment. I don't think it's happening with an FMU.

If you still looking to buy some cheap injectors to support 300hp. I have some for sell for cheap. They are brand new, never used. (see link)

My suggestion would be to get a fuel management system such as AEM or Hondata. You can run whatever size injector you want, and have room to grow if you ever decide to build/turn up the boost. I'm running 680cc injectors on a bone stock LS motor, Hondata 2b and currently only running 7 psi through a T3/TO4E 57 trim/.63ar. The car runs like stock out of boost and has plenty of fuel left for higher boost levels.
You can tune it yourself it you have access to the software and a wideband. Find some large injectors, a big fuel pump, and a used Hondata 2b. I noticed your in NY. Contact boosted hybrid for tuning.
If you get the basic Hondata, you'll need somebody to tune it. If you get the hondata w/ all the options, you can tune yourself, but the cost difference is huge, like 800-900 dollars more.
Get the s100 (or used 2b) and some RC saturated 550's and you'll be set.

With the s100, you cannot add any options whatsoever. It is intended to allow you to remap the ecu and tune it for boost but that's it.
The s200 system has all sorts of inputs for Hondata's various options. Probably the most relavant option is datalogging, because you almost need that to tune the system.

what is the largest injector size before you have to go peak and hold? How hard is the peak and holds to install? Can i get 720's in saturated?
Saturated goes up to 550.
You just need to install a resistor box... splice into 5 wires and you're done. Hardest part is finding a place to mount the damn box.
BTW I have some new 65# (which is almost 700cc) CPR injectors and a resistor box if you are interested. I'm looking for 200 plus shipping. PM me if interested.

is your ecu a PR4 (obd 0 LS) ?? b/c i have a obd 0 b18b crx that i just got a hondata 2B for and now that i got it im not sure if it will work. the peeps @ hondata told me that a 2B would work with the obd 0 PR4 ecu (even looked on their site and it says it would work too http://hondata.com/engines.html) , but now i have a feelin that they were just bullshitting me.
i have a b18b that i conveted over to obd0 so that it could plug up to my stock obd 0 crx wiring. so...if the hondata 2b wont work with my set up, what would be my options to make my set up hondata compatible? (easiest way to convert back to obd0)
would i have to wire the motor back up as obd 1? and if so, how would i get the obd 1 motor wire harness to plug up to the stock obd 0 crx wire harness? do they make a obd 0 to obd 1 conversion plug for the car and engine harnesses? is there a obd 0 to 0bd 1 conversion plug for the ecu (since i would have to switch over to a obd 1 ecu)? also, would a s200 work with obd 0?.....
maybe im making a much bigger deal out of this than what it really is, but, i just spent big money on a hondata 2b and im kinda pissed to find out that i cant use it b/c of false info that i got from hondata. thank a mill.

Where did you hear this from?
Where did you hear this from?
* You need some sort of management to idle 550cc injectors
* For your goals you need fuel managment
* Saturated injectors are a little more expensive because they dont require a resistor box
* Peak and hold require resistor box'
* Saturated go up to 550cc
I would rather run saturated because there drop in and I hate elctrical and messing with things I dont have to.
Word of advice dont try to make 300 whp on FMU, its a disaster waiting to happen.
