Search for some used DSM 440cc injectors, they're cheap, normally like 50$

Looking for injectors between $50 and $150. I think for turbo application, I need at least 350cc injectors or higher. So any injectors above 350cc is fine. Do used work just as well as new? How a Precision Turbo Injectors? They are less than $100 for 440cc.

well the thing with u sed injectors is you can get one that leaks or is stuck. but you wont know until you blow up your motor.

precision turbo injectors = same as i have. they just flowbalance a 2nd time before they send out. if you can find a used set for 100$ go for it. i rahter run those over DSM's anyday. but new for 100. i doubt it.

Actually it was for a set of 4, but they were used. Maybe I shouldn't go used.

Anyone know where I could get a decent NEW set for under $200? Anything over 300cc and Preferably around $150.

Anything over 300cc? Are you sure - seems a little small for any turbo honda...? If you are sure, you could just pick up a set of OBD1 prelude injectors, they are 345cc/min. Surely you could find a cheap set in good shape on this board, plus a resistor box if you need it.

However I would imagine if you are thinking of achieving anything over 200 whp, you need bigger injectors, at least 440s liked you mentioned at the beginning of the thread.

I don't know any injectors that go for under 200$ that is above 300cc. Just get some DSM 450cc used ....i've seen a lot of people use them and have no problem, budget injectors..exactly what you're looking for. I see nothing wrong with them.

Injector size is dependant on BSFC or something, basically how much fuel you will consume at its peak duty cycle, http://www.rceng.com has calculator that can help you decide exactly what you need. DSM 450s have been taken up to 300hp on Hondas with an aftermarket fuel pump and there only $50 bucks for 4 of em. Getting em cleaned n balenced depends on where you have it done. Anywhere from $25-$75.

its a d16y7. i think his best bet would be the tuner toys injectors. new and affordable. 450cc will be plenty for his setup. dont have to worry about cleaning and flow balancing either

Dan make sure to get high impedence injectors that way you dont have to worry about wiring up a resistor box.

There was some guy on turbod16.com that was running on 330cc (around there) injectors and pulling 200whp.

Well, I think that the tuner toys injectors are the best bet. I will look into that. Thanks guys.

dsm 450s for 30$, sent them to cruzin performance for cleaning and testing (50$ shipped)... I don't think that was a bad compromise.

...shameless plug...

I got a set of DSM 450cc's and resistor box, I took them out of my ride only to install 950cc at the dyno about a week ago. Nothing wrong with them, I'd still use them If I did not max them out on my setup.

$50 SHIPPED.
