idle problem

I did a vafc hack with prelude injectors and on cold start it dumps tons of fuel.I looked for sites on how to compensate for cold start and came up empty handed.I leaned out the afc and when it warms up it does not idle. Can anyone tell me how to compensate for cold start?

I guess you could try to disable your engine's ability to enrichen the mixture at cold start. Not sure if thats a good idea, or how to go about doing that though.

starts off at -7 then goes down to -25 all the way across. I tried to lean it out at idle but when it warms up it just dies then I have to richen it back up.
