i just pulled the top off of my regulator and the diaghram had slipped and slid over top of the metal piece instead of being under the metal piece. I know this is bad and needs to be replaced. Could this be the reason that cylinder 3 and 4 where soaked in gas, because the regulator sits closest to 3 and 4, and the car would not start. If that could be the problem things have all of a sudden got great in my world....HONDATA and tuned here i come
