you need to have that in the format of a url. use http://www.imagestation.com to do that w/ the pics on your pc, then get the url, come on h-t, start a post IMAGE link, and enter the url in between [ I M G ] your URL here [ /I M G] of course w/o the spaces .....had to get this in before it gets locked hope it helps.
