Hondata fuel ratio?

So whats the optimum fuel ratio for WOT and boosting with a hondata? I heard that 14.7:1 is too lean for boosting.

12:1~12.5:1 with WOT and boost. If you are running all motor then 13:1~14:1 depending on how the engine responds.
