Do I need a hondata if I plan on running 8-10 psi on civic si with drag kit? If so what level of hondata do I need? Do I need the most expensive one?

You don't need it, but it would be nice to have. And no you wouldn't need the stage 4 either. If you were to get one and didn't want to spend too much money I would go for the stage 2B. You will have to get the OBD1 adapter cable and also swap to the P28 OBD1 ecu as well. Peace.
