Hondata 4b obsolete?

I have a buddy who will sell me his hondata 4b for a fair price. Is it worth getting this or am I just wasting my time?

i still have it , and mine works better than most S series. no partial throttle blips like most have.
IMO , no need to upgrade.

The 4b is still a very good system. Hondata is going with a newer design now though.
