HIGHEST HP with AC remaining?
Any builds with AC still in tack and working?
List mani and build if u would...or if you know of someone.
Trying too get an idea before i go down the boosted AC road

I have a T3 Full race manifold that has a gt3076r making 550whp. I could run a gt35r and make 650-700whp I suppose. The biggest downside is the equal length AC manifolds really put your compressor housing facing in an angle right towards the radiator. That doesn't leave much room for cooling.

Only one i seen was the Quick4 from Spoolin.....thats made for AC
If you really want an AC manifold with a big turbo you will need to have it completely custom made. Pick a turbo, give it to a good fabricator with your car and let them build you a setup that fits.
Oorrrr... just get comfortable with sweating.

I had my manifold made and thats the biggest problem I've got, High IATs. I think a water/meth kit would help in my case. Another obstacle is the close proximity between the downpipe and AC compressor. I got my 3' DP thermowraped for whats that worth.
Another option is to make the manifold bent to accomodate the compresor housing to the right using top mount style but the AC panel is gonna be a problem. Believe me I tried...
I'm making 406 in a dc chassis wig ac and ps. Spa top mount manifold it's agarrett diesel turbo it's an e cover t3/t4 with 60.5mm inducer and a big turbine wheel. Spools well and make good power. Love my spa top mount.

knotch the block or compressor at all? Run custom lines?
Any more details would be greatly appreciated, thanks guy
Just had to bend the stock lines a little bit to fit that's all. Nothing has to be done to
The block. If you don't use the clocking flange it might still work but might need
Modify the line

This is with a t3 6765bb on a full race mani fits on the motor with a little grind on the block, not sure about radaitor clearance though I have not tryed it
Aiming for 700whp+

rs250nut, I would love to see your intake/filter setup once you put the radiator in. I have a PWR civic radiator that is thinner than a KOYO. That compressor housing looks nice a funky angled like mine. Looks like we have the same FR mani but I'm sure mine is an older version. Angle looks the same though.
I was able to get a guy to make a 4" intake pipe and put a K&N filter on it. That left room for a 10" SPAL slim fan and it's such a tight fit you damn near don't need fan zipties to hold it in.

Im running a pro charged supercharger on my ITR setup making 275hp @7psi going to shoot for 450hp @15psi still retaining a.c and p.s, not a turbo but similar.
