We FINALLY finishedmy buddy Mike's (2000 Pontiac GrandAm GT w/ Eaton blower) nitrous setup this past weekend, I say finally because we started the installation some 3 weeks ago Anyways, everything was hooked up, wired and mounted, bottle read good pressure. So we headed out to the boondocks behind a friends house out here, call it the "Redlands", in the Homestead area of S. Fla. (all farm country). So after a few quick priliminary runs, everything checks out ok, we go ahead and match up Here are the resluts:

Yea he was spraying, 30 shot to be exact. The running was cool, but by those last two video's you see, I was suffereing from major heat soak (car just wasn't pulling very hard after 20 mins of back and forth running), so I pulled over to cool things down and found my manifold to be smoking just a bit!

I had to let the thing sit for like 15 mins just idling to cool down enough and drive home with the hood popped

 

Whoa! The heat soak was that bad even with the intercooler?

How much hp is the blower on the Grand Am supposed to put out? 40 or so?

Yep, stock D16 w/ GReddy kit. No those aren't homes, they're farms/plantations.. no kids running around out there in the middle of nowhere

Yes, it was a sidewalk. Later on i'll post the video of me narrowly missing a 4 year old on a tricycle and dodging an old man on a scooter.. dingus..

AFC hack, still completley untuned, stock cat, stock exahust (muffler welded to the stock piping) yada yada.. all to change real soon
