Default Help with reading plugs

440WHP @19psi. B16 (9.1 compression). Timing is 19 degrees. NGK V power heat range 9's gapped to .028. These plugs have only seen dyno time and about 100 miles on the street. I pulled them on cold engine. Can someone help me with the proper steps of how to "read plugs". Should I use NGK 8 heat range with same gap??

Pics are from cylinder 1 and 3

Thanks

Need better pics of the ground strap, to check ign timing.. Seems like mixed driving timing marks. Do wot pulls and shut the car down to get a better idea of plug range, timing and a/f.. But from what I can see it looks ok, idle is a bit on the rich side, or plug might be cold at idle. Pics showing the base ring at the bottom of the ceramic, is needed also.

Thanks for the help guys. I will get some better pics. So you need a close up of grounding strap and a close up of ceramic ring at base. Just to be straight, I do a couple WOT pulls and then literally shut off coast and pull plugs??

yep, a few pulls, then just literally shut it off, and pull the plugs.
