Hey guys, going turbo for next season with my EG hatch, its used 90% on the strip.

What I've got/ordered so far...

B18 block, 81.5 CP Pistons - 9.0:1, Eagle Rods, ACL bearings.
Stock GSR head, with Omni valvetrain, STR cam gears.
Peakboost Topmount Kit with 4 inch downpipe, GT30R, upgraded IC and W/G to suit.
255 fuel pump.
DTA independant ECU.
Lightweight flywheel.

Still need -

Intake mani?
T/B?
Injectors?
Clutch?
Anything else you guys think I'm missing or would throw in?

 

since your using this on the strip..I'd suggest a Quaife LSD and some stronger axles so you don't run through them left and right. Something else that helps alot with shifting...an OMNI racing master cylinder. It's rough as hell on the street, but is super nice for faster than normal shifting. Also, you'll probably want to use 750+CC injectors just so you don't have to upgrade those once you up the power in the future.

As for intake mani's...you have choices...

Thanks for the info, Full Race intake mani looks the biz but abit pricey.

I've been thinking about using the complete head off my ITR motor, inc manifold, but I can get a good price for it if I sell... so not sure its worth it...

I have 3 gearboxes to choose from, Y21 with 4.785 F/D and LSD (too short for boost I think), S4C LSD box and S9B LSD box...?

Any clutch suggestions?
