Anybody here use a thicker head gasket to lower compression? I know Greddy makes one but I am not to sure whether or not it is to lower compression? Also did anybody install the block gaurd? I am preparing my d16y8 for a T3/T4 and am almost finished getting all the pieces I need. One more thing anybody in Florida know a good place to get the plumbing done?
