h22a turbo hatch is it possible?
is it possible to turbo a 92 - 95 civic hatch i am very intrested in going turbo some people say it is possible and some say it is not someone please help me here
not to hate, but if u dont knwo the application of a turbo setup and/or motor swap into a civic, than i dont see the car going 10's, unless the kid is rich as hell, and has alot of time and ppatience on his hand, and evemn so, doesnt mean u can hop in a 10 second car and drive it well, i could put my grandmother in my car and she would crack 16.0@129 all day....

I have seen a H22A run at the races on weekends and believe me I have never seen a 92-95 civic move so fa-king fast in my life. Watching it eat cars you wouldn't thing it would eat is honestly amazing. And on top of it, it can look totally stock! I say go for it but I suppose your gonna need a bottle of Asprin with your tools.
why would it not work? quite a nice setup h22 and boost...i prefer b series motors, they are a bit more dependable...but good setup

thanks for all your in put it cleared up alot i was told buy lots of people around here that after doing the h22a swap there would be no room left for the turbo but that is why i asked all of you at h-t thanks for helping me and i was wondering if anyone had pics with the h22a turbo in a hatch and some 1/4mile times thanks
are you looking to keep a/c with the turbo kit? Well here is how it works. Basically you can use either the hasport mount kit and the hcp mount kit and with the option a/c bracket that hcp makes and you can have the h22 with a/c. You can also do the h22 motor with no a/c but have a nice turbo and use either mount kit no problem. Now if you want to have both, things get a little more complicated. If you use the hasport kit, they position the motor a lot nicer in the engine bay and a lot closer to how it would sit in a lude engine bay but in doing so, they don't give you much room in front of the header and so it is pretty close to impossible to keep a/c and turbo. If you use the hcp kit, the motor placement is decent and you will be able to fit a turbo and a/c. Tight fit but i have seen it personally. So it is up to you. Also with the hasport kit, you can fit a/c and p/s with a little elbow grease. No P/s with the hcp kit. Anyways that's probably more info than you wanted to know. later
yea i want to keep a/c that is a must and speed works what kind of work do you have done to your engine could you post your mods and what does your car weight i am planing on keeping full interior and a/c is a must i live in florida and it is hot all year
