Uberdata > Bluebox. Send you p74/p75 out to get chipped. You can have it done under 100. This will give you a custom ecu that can handle boost correctly.

Yes you can and since you have the ecu already it will be cheap.

I agree bluebox sux. Cheaper way would to be to chip your exsisting ecu for like a standalone. Or you could, depending on your price range, go get greddys e-manage, aem ems, apexi power fc, ect. Im doing my set up right now and using greddy e-manage for my 18g on my b16a hatch w/ a p72 ecu. Im going to get profec e-01 for added options later. so do what you want/ whats in your price range. is this your 1st boosted setup?
are you still a boost newbi?

Do you have access to a tuner & someone who knows what they are doing?
How much power do you want to make?
How much money do you want to spend on fuel tuning?

Personally i would go with the Greddy BB with the 310cc injectors that come with it. The BB that came off the SI kit is programed to work fundementally the same way as the LS kit. (although the upper fuel maps might be a tad richer)

Simple install, worry free fuel managment, cheap and effective. After that I'd go with a FMU until you have more knowledge about tuning/turbo then go out and get uberdata, hondata, e-manage ect..

dude i am so overwhelmed it makes my head hurt, given the fact it such a worry free set-up on the si.

i have access to a shop that does tuning
i want to make atleast 200-225hp at the wheels
and i am willing to spend 500-1000 bux on tuning
