Default future plans for my ls

b18b long block, build it with piston, rods, bearings etc.
b16a head build with valves, valve springs, cams, cam gears.
maybe full greddy turbo kit.
any idea what interanls could be used on the block,
and what to use in the head?

There are many great brands you can chose for the internals of your engine.
Check out my signature, in red... Works like a charm

If you're going to boost, the B20 is not a good place to start. It has the weakest of all B series sleeves and even with a new set of pistons and rods, it wouldn't be safe over about 350whp; whereas, a GSR or LS bottom end would be capable of nearly 550whp.
