have you looked into the "window weld" threads... seems like alot of people are having good luck with it... its basically a urethane glue that is used for windshields and you just fill up the mounts w/ it and let it dry...

I remember when I first did a R18 header and I took it out of the box, it looked like a DSM turbo downpipe :p ..... But for what it is, it is putting a impresive number for the psi!!! Good luck and keep us posted!!!!!!

The problem are not going to be at the low boost end with that design but in order to have good scavenging the manifold for that car sucks. Its great for smaller turbo's and immediate results but as soon as you start trying to cram 20+ psi through that its probably going to produce less than optimum results. Right now it looks good because the head can handle the volume of air efficiently.

we shall see i plan on starting at 25 psi and working up from there. Head is also getting machine shop because of this to assist in flowing a ton more air as well as replacing the plastic intake manifold with a custom one.

There was a Problem with the cast when they were casting from 06-08 a few into 09 before the issue was corrected and the faulty cast changed out. i have a 2010 block 2 years after the correction was made so im sure im good on that. The Torquiest honda block i've seen putting out almost identical torque and horse power. Cant wait to see what she does at 25 lbs +

Anyone here have results from fully building a SOHC Trying to figure out best compression ratio if my stock ratio is 10:5:1 should i drop to 9:5:1 or 9:1:1 or 9:1. Any one have any recommendations with prior real world experience ? was going to decide after i got the block back from ERL see what it comes back bored out and sleeved to.
