Looking to buy this manifold but doesn't look like a Full Race manifold, as the guy mentioned. Trying to figure out what it is before I dish out the money. Help me guys!

That is NOT full race and I wouldnt buy it cause he is claiming that it is. Doesnt look even close. Runner 1 isnt the same, the collector isnt in the same spot the wastegate is diff head flange is diff. The wategate transition on the inside doesnt look like that either.

Don't they weld the full race logo on all their manifolds too? I know mine has one. I guess what I don't know is if their older stuff has them on it.

 

It's still not a bad manifold. Just because it isn't the almighty, God-Fearing FR, doesn't mean that it isn't something well-made. Just let the seller know that it isn't what he is claiming, is all.

 

Definately not full-race, all welds were clearly done by hand... stay away from that seller.

lol there is obviously a reason why he is not posting pics in the thread, makes you wonder if he even sold anything he claims he sold. Plenty of scammers on this site believe that.

Looks like one I might have welded up 2 years ago or so.

No that doesn't mean I would warranty it still though, I said it MIGHT be mine, not that it is. Also warranty only went out to the original owner had it been.

 

its not about that, its the fact he's lying. I have issues with that. Shows a lack of integrity and deceitfulness

 

I understand. Now that the OP has verified it, its up to him to set the seller correct. Hell, it could be stolen merchandise (not insinuating, just extending the possibility).

 

Well, he denies and states that he bought it directly from FR. Sucks for the guy buying it this weekend.

Is it possible that it was an older model? I know I've had products denied by their manufacturers because of change in staff and weren't aware of the old model.
