Not much help without knowing what your setup is.

My guess is that you have an FMU and either the lines are loose or arent hooked up correctly.

What do you mean everywhere?

I had a leak from my #3 injector and where my fuel return meets my fuel rail. Both turned out to be O-rings.

If its from the injectors, replace the o rings.

I think your spark plug is stuck open, even if you had a no spark condtion it would take about 30 trys to get fuel to spit out of your 02 sensor.

On a related note, put a spark plug in the 02 sensor hole and you can be like a hot rodder

If it's spraying fuel out of your O2 sensor I think there's a problem with your injector.

The reason you're not getting spark is probably because the #3 plug was fouled from having too much fuel dumped onto it.

Yes, if it does it again then have your injectors tested. It sounds like at least one of them is dumping way too much fuel.

No, that much fuel dumping into your engine is the result of an open injector.

Did you rewire anything ? Or was it just a swap in plug and play ?

I would check the wiring, or make sure the injector is not getting stuck open which it sounds like it is.

Like I said, you can crank a car about 20 times in a row and still not have fuel spitting out of the 02 sensor spot. Well I guess it depends where the 02 sensor is located.
