ok i have my car ls-t tuned at 12-13psi at 93oct but i have BOTI this weekend and i just wanted to know if i could run 100oct just for those two days at the track and will it help and do anything?

it won't help...if anything it will slow your car down a little due to slower flame speed. It's effectively like running richer/less timing if you are running higher octane then tuned for.
