freash built and now a code on start up

it code 10 which i IAT sensor i will unuplug and plug it back in and the light will turn off then one i start it i will come back on does it seem like the sensor is bad or bad connection cause i have check everything please help car runs like complete shit right now

take out the sensor and see if the tip is melted...its probably a bad sensor
