FPR on ZEX kit, help

FPR on ZEX kit, help
hi,
my friends buying a sex kit for his 94 ls. the instructions say the FPR needs to be vacuum ported. is the stock one vacuum ported? if not how do you make it so? if you cant do that then what company makes a FPR with a vacuum ported FPR? thanks for the help.
ill take any other suggestions for kit, and install

yes, its vacuum ported. locate the fpr. there is a vacuum hose that runs from it to the intake manifold. this is the line in question.

I'm gettin the same kit on the same car should I buy a fpr and rail? I thought that it was needed to run the zex kit or atleast make it safer. I don't want to waste my money on it if I don't have to. Is it a good idea to get it if I'm gonna boost in the near future?
