Default flywheel bolts

you guys use arp's or stock? im putting another clutch on and a new flywheel on , just figuring out what to buy . thanks

reviving this thread. Okay so you locktite the bigger bolts as well as the bolts that hold the clutch?

stock, red loctite and impact seriously...I have had issues with flywheel bolts backing out with 76 ft/lb, I started to impact it and the problem goes away

isnt over tourqing moving parts a bad thing i.e rod bolts and flywheels?

yeah dude, are you sure you aren't screwing urself by impacting them? that would mean a bunch of the bolts would be torqued down differently. I wouldn't know a thing though im just assuming.

things work for different people. I never had trouble with them torqued and loctite

I am also using a Tilton Flywheel as well, so it may have somehting to do with it. I switch torque wrench (I have 3) and I was still having the same issues. I ended up impacting them on a medium level on 1/2" impact and problem goes away so far...(*knock on wood*)
