isnt over tourqing moving parts a bad thing i.e rod bolts and flywheels?

yeah dude, are you sure you aren't screwing urself by impacting them? that would mean a bunch of the bolts would be torqued down differently. I wouldn't know a thing though im just assuming.
I am also using a Tilton Flywheel as well, so it may have somehting to do with it. I switch torque wrench (I have 3) and I was still having the same issues. I ended up impacting them on a medium level on 1/2" impact and problem goes away so far...(*knock on wood*)
