Fitting for coolant on intake manifold? Where to get?
Hey all,
I have a edelbrock manifold waiting to go on the car but do not have the rectangle coolant fitting that came stock with the car and stock IM. I don't think it can be purchased from the dealership....can someone give me an idea as to what to do?

I mean I don't have a pic, but there is a coolant port on the back (top) of your head that your IM has a hole for a line to be there. We all run coolant one way or another from that port. Just wonder what the people with edelbrock manifolds have done?

I plugged it with a 3/8" NPT plug, and ran the hose to the oil cooler and replaced the GS-R coolant pipe with a LS.
If you want to use it, it's a 3/8" NPT to 1/2" or 5/8" barb adapter. You can buy it from your local hardware store.
