Looks nice... could you give us a run-down of your setup? esp. the intercooler and exhaust

 

for some reason i can't get my filter to fit. The fan motor and that damn hardline is in the way of the pipe.

 

I had the same problem, and i had to cut off about a 1/2 to a full inch off one end of that S-shaped pipe. hth

 

I replaced my fan with a thin one from fall

 

Aris pistons 9:1cr eagle rods rc550 injectors aem fuel rail and fuel filter walbro in tank 255, str intake many,crane ignition with coil. Turbo is a T3T4 two stage boost controler stge 3 clutch IC is custom made, The exhaust is also custom full 3". Runing all this the AEM EMS

have you ever dyno'd the car and how many psi are you running? BTW looks great!

 

lol...it's nice, but I think it's funny to see everything in the engine bay all *bling bling* but the manifold is rusted

btw- what size vac line is from the side of the wastegate?

 

This winter the manifold is geting ceramic coated

 

For those of you that have problems with your intake hitting your fan motor this is what I did.
First cut the shroud, and NOT the fan itself. Then I made some bracket to move the fan over to the anit-freeze resivour about an inch. Make sure you use some wahers in the stock hole of the radiator because if you dont and you tighten it too tight then my might go too far into the radiator.

 

I dynod and tuned the car with stock exhaust so I could drive it 260 whp now the exaust is done we did some road tuning 15psi it feels so much faster, this week I'm back on the dyno to finish the tuning, I'l post the numbers

50 horses from an exhuast and tuning.... try that with n/a.
